“The most difficult thing is the decision to act.
The rest is merely tenacity. The fears are paper tigers.
You can do anything you decide to do.
You can act to change and control your life and the procedure.
The process is its own reward.”
– Amelia Earhart, Aviation Pioneer and Author.

Most of us know the feeling at some time from going ‘round the houses’ with analysis, worry
and deliberation.

In reality it’s easy to keep thinking about something and not actually do
anything about it.

Is it the right thing?

What will others say?

What if it doesn’t work?

What if I fail?

What will they do?

But until we make a decision and take action, nothing really changes.

And that transformational idea/project/change you have…

Well that just stays inside you.

And we never get to appreciate it.

The decision is the hardest part.

After that it’s tenacity.

Where have you been ‘dithering’ and where this week can you make a decision to act?
