According to IBEC (2015)  “women make up just 1-in-10 of the directors of publicly limited companies. According to EU statistics women in Ireland are paid 14% less than men and just 16% of our TDs are women. To put it in context, we’re still politically ranked lower than sub-Saharan Africa (18%), Libya and North Korea”.

So we pose the question, what can we do about it?
