Here’s this week’s shot of inspiration on a Monday:
“I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career.
I’ve lost almost 300 games.
26 times, I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed.
I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life.
And that is why I succeed.”
– Michael Jordan. NBA Hall of Famer and one of the greatest basketballers ever.
Suffering from a few setbacks?
Dropped the ball in business?
Feeling a bit sorry for yourself?
Anyone who succeeds fails.
And based on the above quote from one of the greatest ever living sportspeople,
it seems that we shouldn’t be too hard on ourselves.
Maybe, just maybe, making those mistakes yet staying the course is the key.
Food for thought…
Have a great week,
