A little boy was having difficulty lifting a heavy stone.

His father came along just then.

Noting the boy’s failure, he asked, “Are you using all your strength?”

“Yes, I am,” the little boy said impatiently.
“No, you are not,” the father answered.

“I am right here just waiting, and you haven’t asked me to help you.”

Happy New Year to you and yours and may 2017 be a wonderful growth year for you – on all levels.

I love the above short story because it reminds me that there’s always help somewhere. But only if
you’re open to it.

If your mind is closed to asking others for their support, or assistance then life and work can become
even more challenging. I’ve learned that there’s always help available – someone who has
encountered the exact problem I may be having – or someone willing to offer support.

The story is part of a gift that I’m giving you – I created it a couple of years ago but you may not have
received it or if you did, it may well have been forgotten!

It’s a pdf booklet I wrote called ’14 Questions To Help You Have a Great Year’ and it does what it
says on the tin. Plus each question has a few paragraphs to help inspire some insightful answers.

If you’re not big into setting resolutions, consider asking yourself great questions.

The best nuggets require some digging…

Q1 2017 workshops/training that may be of interest to you or people you know:

1. BluePrint Business 2017 (In Person Workshop)

If you can do it, attending an actual workshop always gives you a lot extra from the same content. If
you’re self-employed or are a business owner, this is a hugely powerful day to step back, get clarity
and hear ideas from other like minded people from a range of different industries. This year the 1 day
workshop will run on Friday 20th January in Dublin.
Fee: €295 ex.Vat Boohere.

2. Rock Your Work And Have A Life!
Most people are struggling with the speed of change, the resulting uncertainty and the pressures of
modern day living and working.

Over the past 12 months I’ve had the opportunity to work with more people in improving their results
in their careers, businesses, teams and personal lives.

I am more convinced than ever that there are certain principles which will guarantee you better results
in your chosen field – but only when you consistently do them.

And therein lies the rub. Knowing it is not the same as really doing it. Doing the right things
consistently is the key to getting seriously better.
But what are the right things?

If you’re interested in dipping your toe in the water with some of my work, I’d recommend TimeShift.

In it I take you through the key principles of success in The Digital Age and best of all, I put you
through a 4 week ‘hands-on’ process to help you cultivate new habits.

Here’s what a recent participant said about TimeShift:
“This training helped to bring real clarity to my way of working. It helped to sharpen my thinking. I’d
estimate a 50% improvement on ability to get more of what matters done and 60% improvement in my
clarity of mind. Other areas that benefitted were my sleep, energy and communication with my

It’s not Time Management. That’s over.

It’s a paradigm shift in how you see your life and time.

It’s a blend of Life, Mind and Results Management. If you’re looking to shift gears in 2017, this course
will really make a difference.

Only 1 workshop during Q1 – Starts 31st January in Dublin.

More information and booking here.

If you have a team, TimeShift could be the perfect training to do together. Get over the hassle of
trying to introduce new mindsets, language and understanding in 1 go. A few companies used it
exactly for that in 2016 with great results. It’s also a great team bonding experience.

Note: Both of these workshops can be done in sequence and many who do get almost double the effect.
