Assuming you have the first two…
What’s your own energy like?
In my experience I’ve found that there are 4 main elements to your energy:
-Mental
-Physical
-Emotional
-Spiritual/Purpose
As an experiment, could you make your ‘energy’ your top priority this week?
i.e. get it to 8/10 or above.
It might mean exercising more, clarifying exciting plans for the future,
dealing with an outstanding issue finally or anything that
means a boost in energy.
Change your energy for the better, and it usually means better results
in all areas – professional and personal.
And maybe put above the filter of the 2i’s and 1e over your team…
because integrity, intelligence and energy are the qualities
you want more of in every organisation.
