I remember having moments where I was genuinely looking up at the sky thinking
“Why is everything against me?”
Of course, the truth is that the universe isn’t against anyone.
It just is.
Yet my thinking created feelings that stopped me taking productive action and also made me different colours of miserable.
At some point I realised that I was making it up.
Aren’t we all?
The poet Rumi shares an amazing insight into the power we have as humans.
We can choose how we see the world, regardless of circumstance.
My challenge this week….
Read that quote every morning before your day starts
And see everything through that lens.
