An Opportunity To Start Again

“The New Year is an opportunity to start again.”

The New Year is a funny time.

Often how you see it is very much on where you’re at in your life and how your state of mind is.

But I think most people will agree that a new year is a powerful symbol. It’s seen as a natural turning point and in that movement, it holds an opportunity.

What that opportunity is though, is very much up to you.

For me, it represents an opportunity to start again.

Life is a full contact sport, so no doubt you were hit in 2022. No doubt you will have had some pain. No doubt you dropped the ball on a few things, or didn’t follow through on what you’d planned or hoped for.

One of the big mistakes I see people making is listening to their inner voice’s narration on the missed opportunities of the past or life not turning out the way they wanted.

If nothing else the New Year is a great time to make your peace with your past, your circumstances and to look to the horizon for inspiration, for new possibilities.

To start again.
